Its 50 studios measuring about 25 m2 include a bathroom, a kitchen and a room with 1 double bed, 1 wardrobe, 1 table and a television. Internet access through cable modem and Wi-Fi.

The 10 duplex units located on the top floor have a bedroom on the mezzanine and a seating area.

All studios and Duplex units are provided with full sets of bedding and towels.
​
There is no cleaning service.
Prices & conditions
PRICE PER MONTH.
Utility charges are included (water, electricity, heating) and internet connection.

All our studios and duplex studios are designed for a maximum occupancy of two people.

Pets are not accepted in our residences.

Our rentals are based on a minimum stay of two consecutive months, either from the 1st to the 30/31th or from the 16th to the 15th of each month.

One month's notice of departure, for the 30/31 or the 15th of the following month.
